SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering and will be shipped with express shipping.
All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
Each order receives a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon your order being dispatched. The input of your email and phone number during the checkout process is required to send your tracking number and tracking updates.
Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Do you want to return or exchange something?
No problem! Please let us know within 20 days and please ensure your items are of original condition. To process your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, incase of the unlikely event we do not receive it.
